Frequently Asked Questions:

The Company was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore under the Companies Act on 2 July 1993 as a private limited company under the name of “Dynamic Colours Pte Ltd” and changed to “Dynamic Colours Limited” upon the Company’s public listing on SGX in 2007.
It is engaged in Resin Compounding and Polyethylene Packaging.
Our history can be traced back to the late 1980’s when our founders, Mr Yeo Hock Leng and Ms Goh Seok Eng, began blending and selling colour pigments in Singapore. They expanded into Malaysia, specialising in the plastic compounding business with a primary focus on the Malaysian market.

In the mid-1990’s, Mr Yeo Hock Leng and Ms Goh Seok Eng saw the growth opportunities in China and made a decision to expand their operations to China. The operations grew over the years and in June 2001, the company started to undertake indirect export sales to our MNC customers who have production facilities located in the PRC.

In September 2005, S.L. Packaging Pte Ltd was acquired. It is principally engaged in the production of heavy duty polyethylene bags primarily for the petrochemical industry. As both S.L. Packaging and the Company are similarly engaged in the business of dealing in resin primaries, there were certain synergistic benefits to the Company through the introduction of S.L. Packaging as part of our Group.

In November 2007, Dynamic Colours Limited is successfully public listed in the main board of Singapore SGX-ST.

Normally held in the month of April every year.
The Company has paid dividends to Shareholders every year since its listing on SGX-ST in 2007.

While it does not have a concrete dividend policy, the Board in considering dividend payments has and will take into account factors such as the Company’s earnings, financial condition, capital requirements, business expansion plans and cash flow. There can be no assurance that dividends will be paid in the future or of the amount or timing of any dividends that will be paid in the future. In the event that dividends are not paid, the Company will disclose their reasons accordingly.
